Is the plating done in Korea?
Yes. We can manufacture parts in Korea or overseas, and plate them in Korea. Brands that care about color and finish often choose this option.
What plating finishes are available?
Polished, matte and satin finishes, in colors such as 24K gold, gold tone, antique brass, antique silver and nickel. Colors can be matched to your sample. Nickel-free plating is available for products that touch the skin.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 to 300 pieces when we use an existing mold, and 1,000 to 5,000 pieces for a new mold. Mold costs are charged separately.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples usually take 1 to 4 weeks in Korea and 1 to 5 weeks overseas, depending on the item, and are charged. Production usually takes 1 to 3 weeks in Korea and 1 to 5 weeks for imported parts, depending on quantity and factory schedules.
What do I need to send for a custom order?
A drawing file (Illustrator .ai or 3D .stp) or a physical sample, the quantity you need and your target delivery date.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. International shipping is available.
Will you sell my custom design to other companies?
No. Hardware developed exclusively for a customer is not sold to anyone else.
